We as a company manufacturing precast prestressed concrete beams are committed to satisfy our customers with excellent quality products and timely delivery through uncompromising commitment towards total customer satisfaction and continual improvement.

 

Prestasi Concrete Sdn. Bhd. first won the coveted MS ISO 9001 certification on 22 December 2000. We are now certified under UKAS.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, we place great emphasis on the quality of our product before delivery. To deliver top quality beams, stringent in-process control are put in place : 

(i) PC strand stressing record                

To control strand extension <5% 

 

 

 

 

(ii) Concrete cube & slump tests       

To ensure concrete strength & flow characteritics 

 

 

 

 

(iii) Casting checklist      

To ensure reinforcement bars, diaphragm holes, lifting hooks etc. conform to drawings      

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

        

(iv) Beam inspection record

To ensure final product is meeting dimensions & surface finishing requirement before delivery
